our whole experience was very nice, recommend. we stayed here for 3 nights, the hotel was modest and exceptionally comfortable, had lovely location on the main road or right in the town centre. the room was immaculate and comfortable, we had hypoallergenic pillows.

I really enjoyed the hotel; it was exceptionally clean. the location is absolutely perfect, so close to the beach and the center of Matala. - Including an electric kettle, fridges, and glassware in the double room was a nice touch. - the staff was helpful; I would consider staying here again.

Comfortable Double Room 🛁
I requested a double room and got one that was spacious and perfectly clean. Having a bathtub in the private bathroom was a nice extra touch.

The value for money at Orama-Matala was excellent and our room was cozy and attractive. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and the center of town. The staff treated us with kindness and hospitality throughout our stay.
The breakfast offerings could use some improvement.

I had a fantastic time staying at this hotel. It is located right in the heart of the town, making it incredibly convenient to explore all the attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious terrace to enjoy the view. The staff provided excellent service, always friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. Plus, the pool area was a great place to relax and enjoy a refreshing drink.
One downside was that the shower arrangement in the bathroom caused the floor to get wet, which could be a bit inconvenient.

Lovely family-run location with spacious rooms, modern bathrooms, and a swimming pool. Short walk to the center, while still maintaining a quiet atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff who go the extra mile. Functional mosquito netting allows for fresh air.

The cozy bar is open all day and with every drink you are spoiled by an overload of snacks, chips, nuts, melon & cute fruit plates. Nice cocktails btw. Lots of free inflatable toys and air mattresses for the children. The swimming pool is crystal clear blue and the garden, terrace, sunbeds, and umbrellas are also in excellent condition. You can also borrow an umbrella to go to the beach for free.
The rooms are really outdated! In photos, it looked much better.
